We will try our best to despatch your order within 1 working days (but this may vary during busy periods).
All our smaller items are delivered with DHL and usually need a signature for delivery, this is a 1- 2 day service.
Larger items are delivered with Tuffnels and usually need a signature for delivery. This is a 1-2 day service.
Some of the very large or heavy are too fragile to be sent by our parcel courier and need more specialist care and are therefore delivered by our pallet service with Palletways, but this is just to curbside (not room of choice), on the road, the drivers are not insured to handle the items please bear this is mind when ordering large items, you may need someone to help take delivery. This is a 2-5 day service but will ensure your items(s) arrive in the condition you would expect from us, the local depot will call before to arrange a day for delivery.
You can request your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at your own risk, just note this information on your order, or email us as soon as possible after making the order.
